Introduction
For resource sharing, the libraries of eight private comprehensive universities, including Chinese Culture University, Chung Yuan Christian University, Soochow University, Tunghai University, Feng Chia University, Tamkang University, Fu Jen Catholic University, and Providence University, on a reciprocal basis, collaborate by opening the borrowing privilege to faculty, staff, and students from other participating libraries during winter and summer vacation.

When to Apply
From 10 days before the winter/summer vacation to 20 days before the start of the school year.
